1. A copy of a valid passport (Scanned PDF)
2. A copy of original qualification certificate and transcripts ('O'Level ,'A'level or any equivalent certificate )
3. References (if applicable)
4. A personal statement/ SOP <if applicable)
5. Medical tests if applicable
6. Application fee $200 USD (cash or bank deposit)
