5) Acceptance letter from the University
6) Proof of Accommodation
7) Invitation letter from the University
8) Medical and Travel Insurance ($330)
9) Travel Itinerary
10) Original and authenticated copies of school certificates and /or transcripts
11) No objection letter (from the ministry of education)
12) Sponsor’s passport copy
13) Notarized and authenticated Sponsorship letter
14) Notarized and authenticated Sponsor’s employment letter (company documents if
self-employed)
15) Sponsor’s 3 months’ payslips
16) Notarized and authenticated Sponsor’s tittle deeds if available (not mandatory)
17) Sponsor’s 3 months bank statement (showing a closing balance of $6000 / $12000 if
elf employed)
18) Visa fee (to be paid at the embassy) R1500
19) Legalization fee for school certificates and transcripts R511 per copy
